For most projects, we’ll reply within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5). Complex projects with custom artwork might take 24 hours. Either way, you’ll hear from a real person — not an automated estimate.

Screen printing and embroidery typically start at 25 pieces for the best per-piece pricing, but we can work with smaller runs. Promotional products vary by item — some start at 50, others at 100. Signs and awards can be ordered one at a time. If you’re under our normal minimums, just ask.

Absolutely. We provide digital proofs of every design before we produce anything — and nothing goes to production without your written approval. Physical samples of specific products can be provided on request (sometimes with a small fee that’s credited back on your order).

No problem at all. Our in-house design team can help clean up existing artwork, digitize your logo for embroidery, or create a design from scratch. Basic design help is included free with every order. More intensive design work is quoted up front.
